Everyone loves a bargain and Costco seem to have a whole warehouse full of them, but many are unsure on how to get a membership.
Costco sells items in bulk quantities that are sold at a heavily discounted price to members who pay an annual membership fee. It is one of the largest retailers in the world.
Currently, there are four membership options available in the UK but for people to benefit from the wide range of perks the higher memberships offer, customers must meet specific criteria.

We have broken down the Costco membership options currently available - ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive - and how you can qualify for each one.
Online only shopping - £15
The most basic and cheapest subscription option Costco has to offer in the UK. This subscription offer allows members to shop online with Costco, Book with Costco Travel and receive free technical support.
Trade Member - £26.40
Trade members get all the benefits mentioned above plus much more such as being allowed to shop at any Costco warehouse across the country. To qualify for a Trade Membership, a person must prove that they have a business and provide evidence which is valid or dated within the last three months.
Individual Member - £33.60
An individual member enjoys pretty much the same benefits as a Trade Member, but at a slightly higher cost. However, an Individual Member doesn't need to own a business to be able to shop at Costco.
To qualify for an Individual Membership, a customer must be over the age of 18 and be:
Current or retired employee of:
