Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez get away from it all with a trip to 'paradise'

The soccer star and his longtime partner are enjoying a vacation

As one of the biggest sports stars in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo has the power to turn heads wherever he goes (except in the United States, where he has not been since 2014). In tandem with his longtime partner, the influencer Georgina Rodriguez, Ronaldo continues to surprise soccer fans around the world with his physical condition at 39 years old, and you never know what the star couple will get up to next.

Right now, though, Cristiano and Georgina are on vacation, taking advantage of a break between games for Ronaldo's Al-Nassr side. In a newly-published Instagram reel, Rodriguez revealed the scenic location where the two have decided to get away from it all for a few days — before the weather gets too hot, at least.

The video uploaded by Rodriguez shows her emerging from a body of water in embrace with Ronaldo, whom she met in 2016 while the Portuguese was playing for Real Madrid. The two are seen holding hands as they walk up a Saudi Arabian beach, and the 25-second reel concludes as Georgina walks toward the camera, her partner looking on.

The video is the latest indication that the couple and their five children remain content with life in Saudi Arabia, where Ronaldo has spent the past season-and-a-half. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has scored at better than a goal-per-game rate since stunning the sports world with his move to the Middle East, and he is the star-studded Saudi Pro League's top scorer this season with 29 goals from 25 games.

Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr still has a season to run, but the player seems open to extending his contract with the club — which will keep Georgina happy, if her Instagram activity is anything to go by.
