The Belgian officially retired from playing in October after leaving Real Madrid in the summer. It brought to an end a career where he made a total of 622 appearances for three clubs.

Five years after his departure, it has been announced that Hazard will be back playing at Stamford Bridge in the summer. The Belgian will be playing for the Rest of the World team in the annual Soccer Aid match.
“My Chelsea family – I am coming home on Sunday, June 9! I can’t wait to see you all again,” he said. “Playing at Stamford Bridge was always amazing.
“We won so many trophies together there. Some of the very best memories I have in football – seven brilliant years. I miss them.”
