Ex PL a& UCL winner looks UNRECOGNISABLE 8 years after lucrative move to China

A former Premier League and Champions League winner now looks unrecognisable from his playing days in England.

The midfielder spent six years in the UK playing for one of the Premier League's most successful clubs between 2010 and 2016.

He won five major honours during this period, including the Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup, but he now looks completely different in a recent picture on social media.

A photo has emerged of ex-Chelsea star Ramires in his homeland of Brazil with a full head of hair, after having none while at Stamford Bridge.

He is also wearing a black vest, allowing people to see the tattoos that cover both of his arms, which were rarely on show during his career.

Ramires was a popular figure at Chelsea who is arguably best remembered for his stunning chip that sparked the Blues' comeback at the Nou Camp in the second leg of their 2012 Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.

After winning the first leg 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea looked set to lose out to Pep Guardiola's all-conquering side in the return match as they fell 2-0 down and had John Terry sent off.

However, in the closing minutes of the first half, Ramires latched onto Frank Lampard's through ball and lobbed the onrushing Victor Valdes to get his team back into the contest.

Chelsea held firm in the second half and sealed their place in the final when Fernando Torres scored a breakaway goal with just seconds remaining.

The west London outfit went on to beat Bayern Munich on penalties in the final, but Ramires did not play as he was suspended.

He did still have a big moment in a final that season, though, scoring the opening goal in Chelsea's 2-1 FA Cup final win against Liverpool at Wembley.
