Tottenham Hotspur will take on Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The draw took place in the lead-up to Manchester United’s clash against Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium with 32 balls included in the hat, although nine of those were yet to have a winner.
The victors of United's tie with Wigan will travel to either Newport County - managed by Irishman Graham Coughlan - or Eastleigh.
But the tie of the round sees current cup holders Manchester City, who reached this stage with a comprehensive 5-0 victory over Huddersfield, heading to Spurs in the fourth round.
Premier League leaders Liverpool, who won this competition back in 2022, defeated Arsenal 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium in the third round and they will now meet Norwich City or Bristol Rovers for a place in the fifth round.
One of the biggest results from the third round saw National League club Maidstone United defeat League One’s Stevenage thanks to Sam Corne’s penalty. They have been rewarded with a tie against Ipswich Town.
The games will take place on the weekend of January 27 and replays will again be needed to decide those that end in a draw.
Dates, kick-off times and TV coverage will be announced in due course.
