Fabinho seeks 'clarity' over Liverpool transfer 'complication' after Al-Ittihad president decision
A report from Saudi Arabia claims Liverpool midfielder Fabinho could miss out on his move to Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Ittihad due to legislation regarding the import of certain breeds of animal into the country.
Fabinho - subject of a £40m bid from Al-Ittihad - owns two French bulldogs and it is suggested he is seeking 'clarity' over the situation regarding his beloved family pets.
A Saudi Arabian document leaked on social media suggested certain dogs are only allowed to enter the country if they are to be used for hunting, serve as a guard dog or if they are seeing dogs for the blind.

There is a suggestion the transfer could collapse due to the unusual issue, although reports later on Sunday claimed the president of Al-Ittihad had landed in London to press ahead with confirming a deal with all parties.
Fabinho joined Liverpool from Monaco in 2018 in a £43.7m deal and has went on to lift the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Super Cup under Jurgen Klopp.
The Brazilian has made 219 appearances for Liverpool.
Reds boss Klopp has been tight-lipped over Fabinho and captain Jordan Henderson, who looks set to join Al-Ittihad's Saudi Pro League rivals Al-Ettifaq.
Klopp said on Wednesday: "There’s actually nothing to say. As long as things are not really finally decided, we don’t have to talk about it. There will be a moment where we probably have to talk about it, but it’s not now."
