France take on Chile for just the sixth time ever with Marseille playing host to Tuesday night's friendly.
Duels between European and South American nations are rare and this will be the first time these two have met since 2011. Only once have France and Chile faced off in the World Cup, with that fixture arriving during the inaugural tournament back in 1930.
Thus, Les Bleus avoided Chile's golden era which returned a Copa America in 2016. There are still remnants from that prosperous era, but the Chileans have struggled to replicate such heights in recent years.
France head into Tuesday's game off the back of a rare defeat. They were stunned within seven seconds by Florian Wirtz and went on to lose 2-0 to Germany. Didier Deschamps won't read too much into the defeat, however, with France regarded alongside England as the pre-tournament favourites for Euro 2024.
Here's preview of Tuesday night's friendly.

Deschamps is hardly shy of options, with those who failed to earn minutes on Saturday set for big roles against Chile.
Jules Kounde's injury means Jonathan Clauss is a shoo-in for a starting berth at right-back. Eduardo Camavinga, Ibrahima Konate, William Saliba, Mike Maignan and Theo Hernandez should also come into the side.
Kylian Mbappe could retain his place, but France are without Antoine Griezmann due to an ankle injury.
