Liverpool kicked off their first home game of the season as they mean to go on, beating Bournemouth 3-1 at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds fell behind after only three minutes when Antoine Semenyo fired into the bottom left corner of the goal past Alisson, having seen a Cherries goal ruled out for offside only moments earlier.
Jurgen Klopp's side eventually found their rhythm, though, and hit back through goals from Luis Diaz, Mohamed Salah and Diogo Jota. One negative on the day was Alexis Mac Allister's red card, brandished by referee Thomas Bramall for a tackle deemed to be dangerous on Ryan Christie.
