Eyes are often the first place to show signs of ageing, so eye creams and serums are a crucial part of skincare. Make-up artist Patsy O'Neill created a 90's-inspired look for Holly Willoughby for the Dancing On Ice semi-final on Sunday.
She shared the look on her Instagram account, explaining what she used to create it. She listed a Perricone MD eye cream that she applied to prep the skin before makeup.
