When people think of charity shops some might automatically think of old, tired, second hand clothes.
But that's not always the case, particularly in the Oxfam shop on Bold Street, in Liverpool city centre. For some time I've heard rave reviews about what is on offer in the store, with shoppers regularly picking up brand new clothes from major high street stores.
One afternoon, I decided to go see it for myself if I could spot a bargain and I wasn't disappointed. Straight away I was drawn to a leopard print mini-dress which looked new, it was a Topshop dress priced at £7.99.

After a quick Google, I found out that the dress was popular with fashion bloggers, after it was worn by celebrity Fearne Cotton when she appeared on Celebrity Juice with Holly Willoughby. I couldn't find the original price, as it was quite an old buy but it still looked like it was in very good condition.
Again, my attention was pulled to a animal-print patterned dress and this time it was a great find from French Connection. The navy blue and grey mini dress, featured a V-neck design and structured shoulders.
While I couldn't find the exact dress still for sale online, similar dresses were for sale on the French Connection website for as much as £120. After leaving the dress rack, I headed to the blouse section and had a good root around.
When feeling my way through the rail, my hand brushed across something that felt expensive...I pulled it out and lo and behold...I'd found a Reiss blouse. The monochrome shirt wasn't my typical style, however, I knew it would be a great bargain for someone.
