Liverpool supporters have been reacting to Paul Tierney and VAR's questionable performance in Liverpool's 2-0 victory over Burnley on Boxing Day.
Goals from Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota either side of the contest secured a vital three points for Jurgen Klopp's side, which sees them leapfrog Arsenal in the Premier League standings with the Gunners not in action until Thursday.
For Liverpool, however, it could and perhaps should have been more than two, with Cody Gakpo and Harvey Elliott both having efforts chalked off by Tierney and the VAR team in place at Stockley Park.

Gakpo's first-half strike was ruled out after Nunez was deemed to have fouled Clarets left-back Charlie Taylor in the build-up right before the Dutchman pulled the striker, while Elliott's finish at the end of a sweeping Reds move was subject to a lengthy VAR check in which it was deemed that Mohamed Salah's offside position had interfered with the vision of goalkeeper James Trafford.
But despite the victory at Turf Moor, Red supporters couldn't forgive Tierney and VAR operators Simon Hooper and Nick Hopton.
