In kicking off a jam-packed list of fixtures on Friday, Libya recorded a 1-0 win over a spirited Eswatini outfit at the Mbombela Stadium on Friday afternoon. Also, Cameroon managed to bag a comfortable 3-0 home win over Mauritius at the Japoma Stadium, as the Indomitable Lions and Libya lead the charge in Group D.

Then in Group H, Tunisia put four goals past Sao Tome at Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi on Friday night as the North African outfit lead the way in Group H.
