Jadon Sancho has played as a striker in Manchester United's pre-season games against Leeds, Lyon and Arsenal and Erik ten Hag was asked about that experiment at his press conference ahead of the Wrexham game in San Diego.

Sancho was used as an attacking midfielder on a few occasions last season and it's interesting that Ten Hag thinks he possesses the quality to be effective in central roles, which might be the secret to kickstarting his career at Old Trafford.
