There's no doubt who those who paid to watch Liverpool train on a stifling Saturday evening regard as their favourites.
Even as the media waited for the pre-match press conference, the cheers could be heard from through the walls when Jurgen Klopp was first introduced to the crowd.
And when the players stepped out to begin the session, it was Mohamed Salah who solicited the loudest screams, the excitement level rising whenever the Egyptian received possession.
Dom already making mark
That said, there was certainly an appreciation for several other players. Summer signing Dominic Szoboszlai, showing no signs of the ankle problem that ruled him out of Liverpool's last friendly, prompted purrs of appreciation from the crowd with one accurate crossfield pass.
And Luis Diaz, impressive against Greuther Furth on Monday, wowed the local Liverpool supporters with one nutmeg and a few trademark mazy runs.
