Jurgen Klopp has urged football supporters heading to Old Trafford this weekend to "show some class" as the Liverpool boss called for a definitive end to tragedy chanting.

Despite the memorable nature of the game itself on March 17, the Cup classic was marred by sickening chants with a United fan later charged by Greater Manchester police over tragedy-related abuse towards Liverpool's away contingent.
Police charged Michael Bernard Avery, 44, with a public order offence after a video circulated across social media the day after the game and Klopp has called on those heading to the game to avoid similar offences in a match that is traditionally the most watched club fixture in the world.
"I think [the issue] is super important," Klopp said. "There are different aspects but one aspect is that I don’t hear it, honestly, when I am on the sideline but I get told it happens and that is obviously not great but in general it is just helpful that we educate our kids in specific things: respect, understanding, all these kinds of things.
