Rachel Daly and Sam Kerr are among six nominees for the PFA Players' Player of the Year Award - and will do battle later today as England face Australia in the women's World Cup semi-final.
Alongside Daly and last year's winner Kerr, Ona Batlle, Frida Maanum, Guro Reiten and Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw are the nominees.
Chelsea are well-represented with Kerr and Reiten after recording a WSL and FA Cup double for the third consecutive season alongside reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League.
Maanum has earned her place after Arsenal won the League Cup and also reached the last four of Europe's premier competition.
Manchester United's Batlle will face England or Australia with Spain in the World Cup final, while Aston Villa's Daly and Manchester City's Shaw will fancy their prospects after topping the WSL scoring charts with 22 and 20 goals respectively.
