Liverpool 18-year-old handed full international debut despite not yet playing for first team
Liverpool's academy success has been highlighted in recent weeks after Jurgen Klopp was forced to turn to a number of youngsters due to the injury crisis at Anfield.
In the League Cup final win against Chelsea, six academy players were named on the substitute bench. Bobby Clark (19), James McConnell (19) and Jayden Danns (18) all played a part in the extra-time win.. Clark, McConnell Danns, Lewis Koumas (18) and Trey Nyoni (16) then all featured in the FA Cup victory over Southampton three days later.
The impressive youth system at the AXA Training Centre means the Reds are in good stead to gradually bring on top talent from the youth sides when called upon.

And it seems that there is another promising talent to take notice of. Midfielder Kyle Kelly, 18, has been a mainstay for the Under-18s in the last two seasons and only made his first appearance for the Under-21s earlier this month.
However, on Wednesday, Kelly did something that not many players manage to do. The versatile midfielder made his senior international debut for St. Kitts and Nevis in their 3-1 friendly win over San Marino.
He replaced goalscorer Tyquan Terrell in the 81st minute and helped his nation avoid becoming the first team to lose to San Marino in almost 20 years. The last player to make a debut for their national team before Liverpool was Conor Bradley - who has become a regular member in Klopp's team.
