Lord of the Rings stars Elijah Wood and Billy Boyd have dined out at yet another Liverpool restaurant.
The actors, who play Hobbits Frodo and Pippin in the fantasy trilogy, were spotted enjoying a meal in Holdi in Woolton. Speaking to the ECHO, the manager said Elijah was "warm and friendly" and told him he had the "best Indian meal he'd ever had" at the Woolton Street restaurant.
Elijah and Billy dined with another friend and ordered lamb raj shahi, chicken jalfrezi, king prawn anarashi, sag aloo and pilau rice on Sunday evening, May 5. The actors had been in Liverpool for the Comic Con convention taking place at the ACC Liverpool.

Over the weekend, Orlando Bloom was also spotted enjoying a night out, dining with co-stars Elijah, Billy and Dom Monaghan in the Smithdown Road bistro Belzan on Friday. On Saturday, another Lord of the Rings actor, Sean Astin, arrived and the five stars were then pictured at New Capital, a Chinatown restaurant on Nelson Street.
Manager at Holdi, Jay, told the ECHO: "I had a little chat with him when he came over to the bar himself as he wanted to pay the bill without his friends knowing, his approach was so warm and friendly, I said to him how much of a pleasure it was to meet him, it's not every day we get to meet a Hollywood star.
"He appreciated my comments and returned the compliment by saying how this was the best Indian meal he’d ever had. He said he absolutely loved it and if ever he was in Liverpool again that this will be the first restaurant he returns to. We were understandably overwhelmed by such amazing comments and
