Harry Maguire's furious reaction to Manchester United's disallowed goal against Fulham has been leaked in fan footage posted on social media.
Erik ten Hag's side picked up a narrow 1-0 victory in the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday, thanks to a stoppage-time strike from Bruno Fernandes.
However, their afternoon could have been a lot more comfortable if Scott McTominay's eighth minute goal had not been disallowed. Christian Eriksen floated a free-kick to the back post where Alejandro Garnacho diverted the ball back across the face of goal for McTominay to poke the ball home.
VAR though recommended referee John Brooks to check the monitor as Maguire was deemed to be offside and impacting the play despite not touching the ball.
Fan footage shows that while the official was looking at the screen, Maguire was shouting at him, protesting his innocence.
United are already nine points adrift of Premier League leaders Manchester City, but Ten Hag has issued a rallying call telling his struggling superstars to 'stick together' during their current difficult patch.
The former United captain said: 'I wasn't even involved ref. Hey! I wasn't even involved.
'F***ing hell I wasn't even involved.'
Maguire's protests ultimately fell on deaf ears as Brooks chalked the goal off, much to the frustration of United players and manager Ten Hag.
The defender's presence stopped Fulham's Rodrigo Muniz from getting across to stop the ball before it was met by Garnacho at the back post.
It took about four minutes though for a decision to be made with VAR taking a few looks at whether Maguire was interfering in play, before passing it over to Brooks to check out himself as it was a subjective decision.
