They are a point behind Ligue 1 leaders Nice after a 3-0 win over Montpellier, with two of the three assists coming from the Moroccan international full-back. He has scored four goals and set up four others already this season, in 13 matches.
- Dayot Upamecano (FRA/Bayern Munich): His third-minute header in the third minute sparked Bayern Munich's authoritative 4-0 win over Borussia Dortmund to stay on the trail of leaders Bayer Leverkusen and cause a gap in the standings.
