The '99' documentary follows the story of United's barrier breaking campaign to ensure they swept up every major trophy as part of a thrilling season run-in.
United fans will be treated to stacks of unseen footage surrounding Ferguson and his players including interviews with key figures from the squad such as Class of '92 stars David Beckham, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes.
The documentary hits on Ferguson's personal drive to make the core of his squad, based on academy graduates, into a historical winning machine, alongside enigmatic and iconic teammates from captain Roy Keane to long serving goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel.
The series has been produced by John Battsek and Miles Coleman from Ventureland, with additional input from content production companies part owned by former players, including from Beckham's Studio 99 and Neville's Buzz 16.
