Nottingham Forest continued their largely positive pre-season campaign as they beat Levante 2-1 in their final game of their tour of Spain, having already been defeated by Valencia.
Ryan Yates and Danilo netted in the first half to give Steve Cooper's side the win before they head back to England for a friendly against Leeds on Thursday.
There were a mix of first team stars and squad players in from the start for Forest, with the likes of Joe Worrall, Taiwo Awoniyi and Cheikhou Kouyate playing from the start.
Yates opened the scoring after just 30 seconds in Spain thanks to a high press from the visitors, with Remo Freuler intercepting a pass out from the back and playing through the midfielder, who finished calmly.
It was more of the same 20 minutes later when Cooper's outfit won the ball high up the field against, with Yates shooting again and his blocked shot falling into the path of Danilo, who finished well from close range.
It was 2-1 just minutes later when Alejandro Cantero curled past George Shelvey, but that was how the game ended with a flurry of changes taking place later on in the game.
The result comes on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Valencia earlier in the trip for Forest, which followed a 1-0 win over local rivals Notts County to kick off pre-season.
They will take on Leeds at home next week before matches against PSV, Rennes and Eintracht Frankfurt.
They will get their Premier League season underway away to Arsenal on August 12.
Just after the game, Forest announced the signing of full-back Ola Aina after he passed a medical in Spain on Friday.
The former Chelsea man was the club's first summer signing and arrived on a free transfer after his contract at Torino expired at the end of last season.
