Peter McGrail was brutally knocked out by Ja'Rico O'Quinn in a major upset in Arizona on Saturday night.
On the undercard of Jesse 'Bam' Rodriguez's win over Sunny Edwards, the former Team GB amateur star suffered his first defeat in the professional ranks. The 27-year-old, who trains with Paul Stevenson at the Everton Red Triangle gym, was looking to cap a year to remember with a victory at the Desert Diamond Arena.

However, the momentum of the fight took a dramatic turn with less than a minute left in round number five. Backed into the corner, O’Quinn unleashed a sweeping right cross that landed on the chin of McGrail, dropping him to the canvas.
