Juventus are interested in signing Chelsea star Romelu Lukaku in the summer transfer window. The Blues are negotiating a potential player plus cash swap deal that would see Juve striker Dusan Vlahovic make the move to Stamford Bridge - with Lukaku heading to Turin.
Mauricio Pochettino wants to sign a new striker at Stamford Bridge despite already welcoming Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku to the club this summer. The Blues have focused on selling many players this summer but Pochettino now wants to bring in reinforcements that will balance his squad ahead of the Premier League season opener against Liverpool.
Lukaku's chances of a return to Inter Milan have vanished with Juventus now the only club pushing to sign the 30-year-old. However, according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Juve are now demanding £50million in cash as part of the package that would see Vlahovic move to Stamford Bridge after just 18 months in Turin - with Lukaku heading to Italy.
Juve are currently looking to raise a significant amount of cash after being slapped with a £17.1million fine for breaching Financial Fair Play rules. The Italian giants have also been dumped out of next season's UEFA Conference League meaning there will be no European football on offer in Turin next season.
