Vlahovic decision
Chelsea have decided not to pursue a swap-deal with Juventus for Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic. The 23-year-old has been a target for the club this summer but will no longer be considered heading into the final weeks of the window.
It has been reported by Fabrizio Romano and the Standard that no move involving Romelu Lukaku will be completed for Vlahovic depsite admiration for the player. The Blues will instead look towards securing a seperate sale for Lukaku.
They are open to offers from clubs across Europe as well as Saudi Arabia with the Pro League's window set to go on into September, allowing the chance of a later deal being reached.
Neymar decision
Paris Saint-Germain have told Neymar, as well as a group of other players, that they will not be included in first team plans for the 2023/24 season under Luis Enrique.
The French champions kick off their campaign against Lorient on Saturday, August 12, but have still got a host of transfers to complete before their squad is fully prepared. After meetings with Enrique and recruitment director Luis Campos, Neymar was informed along with Marco Verratti, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat and Renato Sanches that they wouldn't be involved this year.
