Trent Alexander-Arnold is being linked with a shock move away from Liverpool this summer, with Real Madrid reportedly interested.

According to Spanish news outlet Relevo, Real Madrid are showing an interest in signing Alexander-Arnold. It has been claimed that the La Liga giants are monitoring the 25-year-old's contract situation at Anfield, with a view to making a potential move if a resolution is not found in the coming months.
The report claims that Real Madrid are often scouting the market for players who are about to enter the final 12 months of their contract, as will be the case for Alexander-Arnold this summer. It has been stated that the Spanish giants could look to target the versatile defender to strengthen their right-back department which currently has Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez, who are both 32 years old.
