Real Madrid sending scouts to France in order to monitor Leny Yoro
Leny Yoro has been one of the surprise packages in Ligue 1 in the 2023-24 season. The young centre-back has become the leader of the defence for a Lille side that is in contention to finish in the Champions League qualification places. Les Dogues sit fourth with 43 points.
Yoro's good performances and incredible projection has led to him being on the radar of several of Europe's top clubs. In fact, for some, his signing this summer has become a reality, as is the case with Real Madrid.
The 'Merengues' are aware that his contract with the French club expires in 2025 and it could be a good time to make an offer to Lille, who surely do not want to lose their player for free. However, 'Los Blancos' are not the only ones working on a deal for him, Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in acquiring his services.
The Santiago Bernabeu outfit are currently sending scouts to France to monitor the situation of Yoro, who they consider a top target for the present and future, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
In fact, reports emerged a few days ago that the young French centre-back had told Lille that he wants to try his luck in Spain and to facilitate a possible move to Real Madrid.
