THE young driver who smashed into the car carrying Harry Kane’s children will likely escape with a measly fine - of just £100.
The 20-year-old woman caused the three-car pile-up, terrifying the England captain’s kids by ignoring their right-of-way.
Louise, three, Vivienne, five, and Ivy, seven, were taken to hospital as a precaution following the crash on Monday afternoon near Schaftlarn.
Striker Kane was not in the car, having landed back in the UK for Bayern Munich's 2-2 Champions League quarter-final first leg against Arsenal on Tuesday.
The youngsters, who Kane, 30, shares with wife Katie Goodland, 31, were travelling in his £100,000 Mercedes when a Renault smashed into them.
Kate and their youngest child Henry, seven months, were also not in the car.
Under German law traffic cops could charge the motorist with “negligent assault” and if anyone was injured she could face up to three years behind bars.
But officers are already said to be looking at the “lucky escape” as an accident - meaning the smash-driver could escape with a fine of just £100, despite nine people being involved.
The smash set off airbags in the Mercedes Vito, understood to have been driven by the family’s nanny - a local familiar with German roads.
A source told The Sun: “It was clearly the Renault that caused the crash. Harry Kane’s Mercedes had right-of-way and the other driver has cut across the van.
“It doesn’t bear thinking about what might have happened if she had been going any faster.
“If anyone was injured the driver could be prosecuted for negligent assault.
“But incredibly, everyone was unharmed - so she will likely just get a fixed penalty notice and claims against her insurance.
