Benjamin Stambouli will make his return to the Stade de Reims lineup and a return to the Parc des Princes, as Will Still’s squad face Paris Saint-Germain. It was a team that Stambouli had represented for a single season under Laurent Blanc in the 2015-16 campaign.
Stambouli replaces Amir Richardson at the base of the midfielder in Still’s only change from the side that lost narrowly 1-0 to Lille OSC, as the Anglo-Belgian favours the experience of Stambouli over the twenty-three-year-old for a difficult visit to the league leaders.
Outside of OGC Nice, Reims have scored the lowest amount of goals in the top half and the onus will be on the front line of Mohamed Daramy, Reda Khadra, and Junya Ito finally connecting to threaten a PSG team coming back to the planet after a midweek success against Real Sociedad.
