Tottenham forward Richarlison has undergone surgery to deal with a long-standing injury problem.
The 26-year-old - who joined Spurs for a fee rising to £60million in the summer of 2022 - had played in all 10 of his side's Premier League matches this season before he was an unused substitute during Monday's chaotic 4-1 defeat to Chelsea.
The Brazilian has netted one goal and added three assists in what was a previously unbeaten start for Ange Postecoglou's side.

'Now, I'm heading home to rest a bit and kick off the recovery process. I know there will be challenging days without doing what I love most in life, but it wouldn't be fair to myself, my club, and the national team to keep neglecting my health.
'Very soon, I'll be back, God willing, 100 per cent recovered and ready for the challenges ahead!
'Thanks for all the messages of support, and a big shoutout to the club's doctors for their attentive care! Cheers!'
