According to talkSPORT, Gravenberch and Liverpool have agreed personal terms on a deal which would see him switch to the Premier League in the final moments of the summer window.
The report claims that the deal would be a permanent one between Bayern and the Merseysiders, meaning the Dutchman's association with the Bavarians would be coming to an end after just one season.
It is understood that the two clubs are yet to finalise a fee for the transfer of Gravenberch, with discussions set to intensify ahead of the deadline at 11pm on Friday.
