Man Utd blow out to 33/1 to win the EPL following issues on and off the pitch
When Manchester United were beaten 3-1 in dramatic fashion by Arsenal at the Emirates last weekend, fans of the Red Devils wouldn't have thought that their week could get much worse.
However it has, with their Brazilian winger Antony's future up in the air after it was revealed this week that he is facing allegations of abuse by his former girlfriend.
Predictably, with two losses on their record already this season on the pitch and a heap of turmoil surrounding the club off it - United have widened considerably with Sky Bet to win the league.
Erik ten Hag's side are now priced at 33/1, a far cry from the 18/1 odds they were garnering just a fortnight ago.
United aren't the only notable club to lengthen in the market since the beginning of the season, with 2022-23 top four finishers Newcastle United and fellow big six club Chelsea also 33/1 with Sky Bet following their poor starts.
Conversely, despite losing Harry Kane at the beginning of their 2023-24 campaign, Tottenham Hotspur have firmed from 66/1 to 22/1 after registering dominant victories over Manchester United, Bournemouth and Burnley.
