Spurs and Arsenal consider joining Chelsea in race for Nico Williams

The left winger has scored six goals and provided 11 assistsin 28 competitive matches for Athletic this campaign. The Spain international is likely to be looking for a change of scenery next season after playing only for the Basque club. The Premier League could be his next destination.
