Just 70 minutes from Liverpool is an island that's home to 'one of the most glorious beaches' in the British Isles.
Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands. It sits in the Bay of St Malo, 14 miles from the French coast and 85 miles south of the English coast.
Thanks to its southerly location and position in the Channel, Jersey is usually warmer than England, giving British holidaymakers a reason to stay closer to home this summer. The island is home to several charming towns, imposing castles and a national park.
