DC United manager Wayne Rooney is taking his role of MLS All-Star Team manager seriously with two days until he faces off against Arsenal.
The Manchester United legend was even seen cracking a smile as he worked the team of players he has at his disposal for the one-off match.
With the game being played at DC United's Audi Field, Rooney gets the right to manage the team. He was even able to select a good portion of the roster for the occasion as well - picking the likes of Christian Benteke among a number of others.
All told, Rooney picked 12 of the 26 players on the All-Star roster - with 12 being voted in and the remaining two being selected by MLS commissioner Don Garber.
This is not Rooney's first exposure to the MLS All Star Game, having played in it back in the 2011 edition where his Manchester United squad won 4-0. Rooney also started the 2019 All-Star Game whilst he was playing with DC.
Arsenal will be getting themselves ready for a big summer in the United States by kicking off at this event, the second time they've played MLS's best.
The first time happened back in 2016, where Arsenal won 2-1 off the back of goals from Joel Campbell and Chuba Akpom, while Didier Drogba grabbed the lone goal for the MLS elite.
This time around, Arsenal will be bringing a squad full of their stars - including Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Jesus, and Gabriel Martinelli.
Arsenal's two big summer signings - Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber - will also be a part of the squad, as will the recently-committed American Folarin Balogun.
The festivities include a skills competition taking place on Tuesday night prior to Wednesday's main event.
