Liverpool have been left sweating on the fitness of both Dominik Szoboszlai and Trent Alexander-Arnold just two weeks ahead of their Carabao Cup final clash with Chelsea at Wembley.
Szoboszlai made a brief comeback for the Reds earlier this month but suffered a relapse of an earlier hamstring injury. Alexander-Arnold, meanwhile, was withdrawn at half-time of Saturday's 3-1 win over Burnley after a recurrence of the knee injury he suffered during the FA Cup tie at Arsenal last month.
Despite battling such injuries, Jurgen Klopp's side are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League and face Southampton in the last-16 of the FA Cup later this month. They are also awaiting their opponents for the last-16 of the Europa League.

Alexander-Arnold appears set for a spell on the sidelines after he suffered a recurrence of the knee injury he sustained at Arsenal last month. Jurgen Klopp confirmed the decision to withdraw the No. 66 was a forced one.
"His knee again? Yes, it felt like that," Klopp said of Alexander-Arnold after Saturday's win at Anfield. "He got it stuck in the grass and we will see. We have [to send for] assessment. At half time we had to take Trent off and that's a double problem if you want. One is that Trent is off and the other is we had no other right-backs available."
