Partey transfer question
Arsenal could still sell Thomas Partey this summer with Juventus remaining in the hunt for his services despite Mikel Arteta's transfer plea.
«Without a question of a doubt,» Arteta said when asked if Partey, who joined the club for £45million from Atletico Madrid in 2020, was in his plans for the upcoming season during the USA pre-season tour. «Thomas is a super important player for us and for me. I want him to be part of the team. That’s for sure.
»Every time I spoke to him and had a conversation with him he’s ready to stay with us. For me, there’s nothing there at all." However, fresh talks from Juventus could change that with the Italian giants also confident they can agree a deal.

Arsenal plan after Balogun exit
Mikel Arteta has set his next two Arsenal transfer aims, with one including Folarin Balogun, after David Raya finalised a move to become the Gunners fourth summer signing.
Monaco have already reached personal terms with the 22-year-old, but have seen an offer rejected by Arsenal, while West Ham and Inter Milan are showing a strong interest.
The Gunners are reportedly demanding £50million to sell Balogun and Arteta has already devised what he will do with those funds if Arsenal's hefty price tag is met.
