The England Under-21s are continuing their journey to qualify for the European Championships this week. They're off to Baku to play against Azerbaijan Under-21s on Friday.
Right now, England is second in Group F of the qualification standings for the 2025 European Championships.
Lee Carsley's team have earned 12 points from five matches at the halfway point of qualifying. The March international break will see England play qualifiers against Azerbaijan on Friday, then they'll come back home to play Luxembourg next Tuesday.

In their last two qualifiers, the Young Lions won 3-0 against Northern Ireland and Serbia back in November. Now they're hoping to keep up that winning streak against Azerbaijan on Friday.
Three Liverpool players have been included in Carsley's squad and have made the journey. Harvey Elliott and Jarell Quansah will be joined by Tyler Morton - who is currently on loan at Hull City - in the travelling group. There are no Everton players in the squad because defender Jarrad Branthwaite has been selected for Gareth Southgate's senior squad that is set to face Brazil on Saturday.
