Burundian striker Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana has switched his focus to the international scene as he seeks to wipe the misery of his forced departure from Kaizer Chiefs.
Bimenyimana has cleared all issues relating to Chiefs after terminating his contract which still had a year remaining and has since joined Al Ahli Benghazi of Libya.

In reaching the decision to terminate, Amakhosi agreed to pay off the settlement amount at the end of August.
Of importance to the 25-year-old is the matter of the AFCON qualifier away in Cameroon on September 12.
Burundi merely need to avoid defeat to qualify for next year’s tournament to be played in Ivory Coast from January 13 to February 11.
Namibia currently lead Group C with five points and will be hoping the game between Cameroon and Burundi produces a winner for them to go through.
Burundi were at the 2019 finals and will be keen on their second dance at the finals.
For Bimenyimana, he has been called up despite his lack of action at club level having last played a competitive club match on May 6 against Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup when he came on as a substitute.
Burundi national team coach Etienne Ndayiragije has already told this website that the former Chiefs player remains in his plans having scored and assisted in his last appearance in June.
"He scored and then had an assist (3-2 win over Namibia in June) so that is how much effective he has been for us and we need him,” Ndayiragije told KickOff.com.
Bimenyimana only played thrice (totalling 81 minutes in those three appearances) in Chiefs’ last 10 matches of the 2022/23 season but closed off the season with eight goals from 21 appearances.
