Boots' £11 'heaven' balm 'plumps lips without making them burn'

Boots shoppers have heaped praise on a £11 lip balm that "plumps your lips without making them burn or sting."

The high street retailer is known for its array of different beauty deals on popular makeup, skincare and hair products. This time, it was the Inkey List tripeptide plumping lip balm shoppers were impressed with.
