Sainsbury's £18 shoes look just like a designer pair - but for much cheaper.

The Tu Black Patent Heeled Mary Jane Shoes look almost identical to the Christian Louboutin Miss Janes. The shoes both feature the classic Mary Jane style, patent-finish and thin double straps across the foot.

However, the Sainsbury's shoes are faux leather, while the Christian Louboutin version is calf leather and features the brand's iconic red sole.

The Tu Black Patent Heeled Mary Jane Shoes are currently on sale for £17.60, down from £22, while the Christian Louboutin Miss Janes come in at £735. This means shoppers could save around £717 by opting for the supermarket alternative.

The Sainsbury's product description said: "Step into this season in style with our black retro-inspired Mary Jane shoes. With a square toe and double-thin buckled straps, they come in a gorgeous patent finish. Perfect for adding a glam vibe to your outfits!"
