Republic of Ireland international stalwart Darren Randolph is recovering well after being taken ill on the pitch.
Randolph, who won 50 caps for Ireland, needed medical treatment when he felt unwell while warming up before Bournemouth's Professional Development League clash against Ipswich Town on Tuesday night and was stretchered off the pitch.
Bournemouth's development squad head coach Alan Connell said: “Darren felt unwell in the warm up, and received some excellent medical attention.
“Thankfully he is doing well, left the stadium of his own accord, and we are delighted to hear that.”
In other Irish news, Adam Idah has been challenged to lose his super-sub tag at Norwich City.
Idah has grabbed three stoppage time matchwinners off the bench for Norwich this season – the latest at Bristol City last weekend.
His team-mate, goalkeeper Angus Gunn, said: "Every time he has come on for us, he has made a difference. Now, it's about starting games and making that difference there.
"I'm delighted for him. In the last couple of weeks, I feel like you've seen a shift in the fans towards him.
"They are really getting behind him and pushing him on. That is great as well.
