Sean Dyche has had to select a makeshift Everton side as he looks to oversee a fourth consecutive win on the road.
The Blues have not lost outside of Merseyside since the league defeat at Aston Villa in August and, if they avoid one at Burnley this evening, they will prevent Dyche’s old team from gaining ground ahead of a tough run of festive fixtures.
Doing so will require his team to adapt to a series of suspensions and injuries, however. Dyche has made four changes at Turf Moor with Vitalii Mykolenko, Ashley Young, Jarrad Branthwaite and Idrissa Gueye all players who started the win at Chelsea but who are not involved in the matchday squad.

As a result, Everton look set to move to five at the back with Dwight McNeil likely to play as left wing back.
Ben Godfrey and Michael Keane will both start alongside James Tarkowski with Nathan Patterson also coming in - Seamus Coleman remains absent through injury.
Amadou Onana, who returned from injury for the second half against Chelsea, is likely to start in a midfield three with Abdoulaye Doucoure and James Garner. Jack Harrison may then start behind Dominic Calvert-Lewin, reprising the central attacking role he enjoyed against Newcastle United.
The changes come with Branthwaite and Gueye serving one match suspensions. Dyche suggested Mykolenko was dealing with an issue at his pre-match press conference on Thursday while Keane, who missed out on the squad on Sunday through injury, has won his fitness battle to be involved.
