David Moyes has said that his team has a 'duty' to recover from their crushing 6-0 defeat by Arsenal. The Hammers, who are currently eighth in the Premier League, will be playing against Nottingham Forest, a team threatened with relegation.
This comes after their worst home loss in the Premier League era. Despite not having won a game in 2024 and only securing three points out of a possible 15, Moyes remains hopeful.
He said: «We're all in it together. We're going to act as if it's a blip. We've had some great results, we've had a poor result, so we need to bounce back and we need to show it.»
Moyes is eager to see his players' attitude and commitment in the upcoming games. He believes that the players have been very good overall and that they have a duty to respond after such a heavy loss.
