Matsatsantsa have been busy on the market ahead of the start of the 2023/24 DStv Premiership season.
Dzvukamanja will find a familiar face in Thulani Hlatswayo, who also reunited with Hunt after a stint at Pirates. The defender joined United at the start of last season.
"I know him very well as I have signed him before. He is a versatile top player and can play in multiple positions, which is what we need," head coach Gavin Hunt told the club's media.
"We are happy to have him. He is a good goal scorer."
Dzvukamanja joined Pirates in 2020 and made 76 appearances for the Buccaneers, scoring 16 goals.
Eight of those goals came last season when he made the No 9 spot his own in the second half of the campaign and also scored the winner in the Nedbank Cup final.
