Eddie Nketiah has been described as 'electric' as he was hailed for his role in Arsenal's opening goal against Crystal Palace.
The striker reacted quickly to latch onto a swift free-kick from Gabriel Martinelli to pick up the ball in the penalty area.
Drawing Sam Johnstone out of his goal, the striker was brought down in the penalty area, with a spot-kick awarded.
Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard stepped up and sent Johnstone the wrong way to give the Gunners a 1-0 lead.
But it was Nketiah who was credited for the Gunners' 53rd minute strike in south London.
Speaking during talkSPORT's coverage, Danny Murphy said: «Nicely put away.
»But it's all because of the quick thinking of Nektiah, making the run in behind for the free-kick.
«Very clever. It's what top players do.
»He's been electric, Nketiah. He deserves all the credit for that penalty."
