Everton were beaten 3-1 by Man City in the Premier League at Goodison Park.
The Blues had led at half-time through Jack Harrison, despite City dominating possession. But the reecently-crowned world champions forced their way back into the game in the second half with a goal from Phil Foden, who wrong-footed Jordan Pickford from range.
A controversial penalty saw City take the lead through Julian Alvarez after Amadou Onana was adjudged to have committed a handball in the area, replays showed he had little chance of getting out the way of the strike. Bernardo Silva added a third after a Pickford error.

James Tarkowski 8
The captain was a tower of strength at the back, he did well against the likes
