There is Premier League action to look forward to this weekend with Arsenal the biggest side to take the field during Saturday's action.
Thanks to the winter break the Premier League is currently enjoying, there are only two games on Saturday but both will be televised in the early and late slots.
The first of these matches sees Arsenal try to end their poor form against Crystal Palace at the Emirates, a game Mikel Arteta's side are the overwhelming favourites to win. In the evening, Brentford host Nottingham Forest in a fixture between two teams scrapping in the bottom half of the table.
Here's all you need to know about the Premier League action taking place this Saturday.
Arsenal's Premier League title challenge under manager Arteta has taken a serious hit in recent weeks with the Gunners winning only one of their last five matches, also being knocked out of the FA Cup by Liverpool.
For that reason, Arteta might view a home game against this stuttering Palace side as an ideal opportunity to get three points and restore some confidence in his players. The likes of Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard have lost some of their spark recently.
Arsenal are still without players like Jurrien Timber, Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira through injury, while Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are away on international duty. As for Palace, Michael Olise is still out and Jordan Ayew is at the Africa Cup of Nations, so they have lost a lot of their attacking prowess.
The home team may be in poor form right now, but they really ought to get all three points on Saturday and do it with an exciting performance that gets the atmosphere going at the Emirates.
