'Has to be' - Man City sent blunt FFP relegation message as Arsenal await verdict

Former Sky Sports reporter Geoff Shreeves believes the Premier League have to relegate Manchester City should they be found guilty of their 115 Financial Fair Play breaches. Shreeves, who left Sky Sports as part of their continued restructure last summer, believes that if found guilty, there is no other choice for City but to be relegated.
