Experts are recommending a book that could not only improve your memory, but also potentially lower your risk of developing dementia. The book, which contains "150 puzzles to train your brain", is called Mind Games and is available to buy on Amazon for £11.30.
The book has been put together by Dr. Tim Beanland, Head of Knowledge at Alzheimer's Society. A description of Mind Games reads: "Challenge your memory, test your logic and sharpen your focus with brilliantly fun pictures, words, numbers puzzles.
"With regular practice, puzzles may help to improve brain function and prevent age-related cognitive decline. Mind Games offers a workout for a wide range of brain functions. Besides Amazon, Mind Games is also available to buy in major bookstores. Part of the proceeds will go towards Alzheimer’s Society. The puzzle book currently boasts a customer rating of 4.1 out of five from 44 reviewers.
